Rent a Chick is one of our new programs that we started in the summer of 2020. This is a great experience for children and adult of all ages. The program allows for families to experience raising chickens without the long term commitment.
The way our program works is we provide all of the essential items that a chick would need for their first two weeks of life (food, shavings, water, and heat lamp). Families will raise the chicks for one to two weeks and then decide if they would like to return them or keep them.
